Hannah is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in physical activity program delivery. She completed her Master’s degree at the University of Queensland where she studied the negative implications of shift work and effective strategies to promote physical activity to this population. Linking her 14 years of experience in mindfulness practices, and her passion to promote well-being, Hannah designs and delivers motivating and engaging workplace programs with an emphasis on self-empowerment through movement. At present, Hannah spends most of her time facilitating yoga programs to fire departments across Vancouver Island through her company Regulate The Responder.
