Josh Grandinetti

My name is Josh Grandinetti and I am 35 years old, married with two boys (11, 9). I currently work as a Captain for Eloy Fire District in Arizona. I have 15 years experience, (Captain for 5). I discovered mindfulness as a personal journey 8 years ago and immediately began to see improvements in my personal life and career. I began working on a mindfulness project for first responders several years ago and a recent injury on the job has allowed me a little time to get the necessary education and start Foundation Fortified, a platform to produce mindfulness meditation content, designed for first responders.
