The fire service is one of the greatest jobs on Earth. Every day, in countries, states, cities, and towns across the globe, firefighters make a real impact on people’s lives. We handle every emergency that comes our way. However, we don’t always receive the proper training to meet the demands of the job. That’s where the Beneath the Helmet podcast by Arjuna George comes in. It’s an excellent resource for firefighters to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. Mr. George has a remarkable talent for drawing out key insights from his guests—insights that will benefit you and help you succeed in your daily service. Through his own wealth of experience and genuine compassion, Arjuna George delves into the important topics that can have a lasting, positive impact on your career. This is what Sister In A Brotherhood means.
My conversation with Chief George brought me back to my time on the job, talking with a brother, comfortable, casual, and welcoming. There is a difference speaking with someone who was on the job, understands the complexity of what it takes to have a successful career. He has a calm disposition when interviewing, and I think brought out the best in me. I am new to podcasts, and they don't always turn out the way you want them to. I encourage people to tune in not only to my interview, but others. Chief George's Beneath the Helmet podcast is informative and interesting for anyone who wants to learn about our challenging but rewarding career.

Fabulous!!
I think this podcast provides needed information to not only chief officers but to anyone in the fire service and beyond. Excellent topics and discussion!
